Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council (DEI)
The Diversity and Inclusion (DEI) Council aims to improve diversity and inclusion at IBED. Through surveys, we assess the current state of diversity and inclusion and monitor progress over time. We also provide recommendations and guidance on actions to improve the working environment in terms of diversity, inclusivity, and safety. The DEI Council consists of representatives from various research departments and career stages.
