Our research mission is to improve the understanding of the ecological and evolutionary processes that determine persistence of and changes in populations, species and ecosystems. This knowledge is paramount for predicting the consequences of human impact on nature. Our research is applied to develop sustainable agriculture and science-based nature conservation.
